Our Accommodations

Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation.

B&B payment will be processed at check in.

VACATION RENTALS require a 50% deposit of the total balance at time of reservation with the final payment processed one week prior to arrival date.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

Cancellation less than 30 days, forfeit deposit. Cancellation 30 days or more, refund deposit less $25 cancellation fee.

NO Shows will be charged in full. Please call if you have an emergency. Management will determine whether to honor your deposit for a later booking date.

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT

B&B:

Check in time is between 2 pm and 9 pm. Earlier or later check in times may be approved by management. For late check ins, please make special arrangements when booking reservation or notify us the day of arrival if there is a delay.

Check out is 12 noon

VACATION RENTALS:

Check in is after 4 pm. Earlier arrival time may be approved depending on availability. Guests may go directly to property. Key lock box code, address and directions will be emailed upon receipt of final payment.

Check out is 11 am. Late check out may be approved depending on availability.

NO SMOKING POLICY:

All rental properties are designated Non Smoking. Smoking is allowed in outside areas only. A $250.00 cleanup fee will be charged for noncompliance.

NO CHILDREN at B&B

B&B is a romantic getaway for couples only. Children over the age of 12 may be allowed at some of our vacation rental properties.

NO PETS on Premises

We are not equipped to accommodate pets. A $250.00 cleanup fee will be charged for noncompliance.

PROPERTY DAMAGE and CLEANING

Guest will be responsible for the cost of any damage that occurs in unit during their stay. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed if checkout cleaning guidelines have not been followed or unit requires more than normal cleaning time.
